About The Designer
Shelley's vast experience in the fashion and beauty industry, styling for films and magazines and her distinctive creative flare have all led her to this point in time. Her ability to look at people, colors, textures and how it all flows together, lends itself very well to the design and creation of her newest venture, that of Hilliard Fine Jewelry.
A local girl by way of Victoria, BC. Shelley has spent her life living and working in Vancouver and has also travelled extensively throughout Europe and Asia. During this journey she has created a vast network of clients, associates and friends who have all benefited in some way from her expertise around how to look and feel fabulous. Jewelry is just the next big thing for Shelley to take on and excel at.
The Hilliard line comes out of Shelley's realization that women shouldn't have to wait for someone else to adorn them with jewels. She would just do it herself! And so this is what Shelley did and she took it to a whole new level. She not only bought herself jewels, she decided to design and create a whole new line for independent and fabulous women from all walks of life. And so now we have …Hilliard.
Through the process of a few designs becoming a collection to a brand, for Shelley it has inspired dreams, created moments, encouraged confidence and continually makes her crave boldness. So in every piece you wear allow it to do just that.

About The Jewelry
It has been three years in the making to create the first collection for Hilliard. Much time has been spent revamping the designs to ensure that each piece meets with the strength and quality that Hilliard prides itself on.
Hilliard jewelry is made from a strong base of sterling silver, which you will find marked with a 925, along with 18kt gold plate. Each piece has been finished by hand with stone settings, gold plating and several intricate details that you will find on various pieces.
Every piece is unique and personal in its own way.
Giving Back - Shelley Hilliard
The vision behind my jewelry is for women to be bold, brave, and make a statement in what they wear, what they say, and what they do.
To make my statement I have chosen two pieces from my MANTRA collection and will donate a portion of the sales to two charities. In these financially difficult times everyone has been effected in one way or another. Charities have also been affected, and need our help more than ever. So feel good about your purchase, knowing that while looking good and enjoying something you have made someone else feel good too.
When purchasing the "rosary bracelet", $120 dollars will go to the Canuck Autism Network, which provides high quality recreational, sports, social and vocational development programs for individuals and families living with autism.
When purchasing the "teardrop necklace", $100 dollars will go to Imagine One Day, a nonprofit organization that provides primary education for children in Ethiopia through building schools in overlooked areas, and providing irrigation along with fruit and shading plants.

Return and Exchange Policy
Our customers mean everything to us. To provide 100% customer satisfaction is our most important goal. Through our easy return process, you can return or exchange any unworn and unaltered item within 15 days of receipt date. Shipping on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Price tag on merchandise must not be detached in order to prove the merchandise is unworn; otherwise, only store credit will be issued within 15 days of receipt date. The company will back up its reputation on quality if there are any problems with a piece of jewelry that are not caused by consumer wear and tear then we will exchange the piece.
We regret to inform you that after 15 days of receipt date, there is No Refund and No Exchange.

Unless stated all prices do not include customs, taxes and brokerage. These are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon arrival. You will have an opportunity to select your preference of shipping method.

Hilliard Designs only assumes responsibility for a shipment while the item is in its possession. Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Hilliard Designs will not be held responsible for lost shipments that are the fault of anyone but Hilliard Designs and will not be held responsible for its choice of shipping carrier.
